Hebei Arts Center, the first class performance place of China, addresses in 169, Yuhua road of Shijiazhuang, the capital city of Hebei province. It occupies 44.62 mu and 32000 square meters of construction area. It is built specially for China Wuqiao International Circus Festival, which is held every two years. The main body of Hebei Arts Center consists four parts as grand theatre, music hall, cultural plaza and underground parking place. Grand theater can hold 2800 audience, has a stage of 1000 square meters, has functions to perform grand acrobatics (circus), song and dance, symphony, drama, musical art, fashion show, little sport competition and so on. Music hall can hold 980 audience. It has a stage of 230 square meters. Symphony and inner music are mainly to be played here.
