The 10th China Wuqiao International Circus Festival was held from 29th Oct, to 6th Nov, 2005. Thirty circus acts of thirty groups from sixteen countries include China, Russia, USA, Germany, Hungary, Vietnam, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Ukraine, Mongolia, Brazil, Cuba and Kazakhstan participated in the competition and performance during the festival. Activities like the Fourth World Circus Forum, photos exhibition of three most famous international circus arenas, circus tent special show, trade fair of circus performance projects, visiting to the circus hometown and community circus show and so on, were held during the festival. The Jury committee reasoned out 4 gold lion medals, 6 silver lion medals and 10 bronze lion medals. Leaders of the Communist Party and state, such as Ismail Amat and Zhang Huaixi, attended the closing ceremony, enjoyed the show performed by prize-winning acts and awarded prizes to gold lion winners.
　　The 9th China Wuqiao International Circus Festival was held from 31st Oct, to 9th Nov, 2003. Twenty-six circus acts of twenty-two groups from fourteen countries like Russia, USA, PR Korea, Mexico, Sweden, France, Argentina and Columbia participated in the competition and performance during the festival. Activities like World Circus Propaganda Painting Exhibition, China Circus Exhibition, Animal's Special Show, and the Third World Circus Forum and so on were held during the festival. The Jury committee reasoned out 3 gold lion medals, 6 silver lion medals and 9 bronze lion medals. Jia Qinglin, Chen Zhili, Liu Yandong, leaders of the Communist Party and state, attended the closing ceremony, enjoyed the show performed by prize-winning acts and awarded prizes to gold lion winners.
　　 The 8th China Wuqiao International Circus Festival was held from 27th Oct, to 4th Nov, 2001. Twenty-five circus acts from 11 countries like Russia, USA, Canada, Sweden, Britain and so on participated in the competition and performance during the festival. The judging committee reasoned out 2 gold lion medals, 4 silver lion medals and 8 bronze lion medals. Leaders of the Communist Party and state, such as Jiang Zemin, Zeng Qinghong and so on, attended the closing ceremony, enjoyed the show performed by winners.
　 　 The 7th China Wuqiao International Circus Festival, held from 30th Oct. to 8th Nov. 1999, was jointly sponsored by the Cultural Ministry of China and the People's Government of Hebei Province. CWICF was upgraded to the national class art festival from that time. Twenty-three groups from 11 countries like Russia, Mongolia, zakhstan, Sweden, Mexico, Britain, P R Korea, Canada, Poland, USA, P R China and so on participated in the festival. "World Circus Forum", the international circus academic exchange research activity, was successfully created. It embodies wholly the new characteristics of "the Oriental Circus Grand Competition", enhances CWICF's position in the international circus field. The judging committee reasoned out 3 gold lion medals, 7 silver lion medals, 8 bronze lion medals, 7 gold lion honorary prizes and 27 special prizes.
　　 The 6th China Wuqiao International Circus Festival, held from 1st Nov. to 7th Nov. 1997, was jointly sponsored by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Cultural Ministry of China, the People's Government of Hebei Province, China Acrobatics Artists Association, China Central Television, China External Performance Company, and Guangdong Jianlibao Group Co., Ltd. 32 acts from 17 countries and regions participated in the festival. The judging committee reasoned out 4 gold lion medals, 6 silver lion medals, 9 bronze lion medals, 1 gold lion honorary prizes, 7 mayor's cups and 11 special prizes.
　　 The 5th China Wuqiao International Circus Festival, held from 28th Oct. to 3rd Nov. 1995, was jointly sponsored by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Cultural Ministry of China, the People's Government of Hebei Province, China Acrobatics Artists Association, China Central Television, China External Performance Company, and Guangdong Jianlibao Group Co., Ltd. 290 artists included 173 foreign artists and 31 acts included 23 foreign acts and 8 domestic acts (4 special exhibition acts) of 20 groups from 14 countries participated in the festival. The judging committee reasoned out 3 gold lion medals, 6 silver lion medals and 9 bronze lion medals.
　　 The 4th China Wuqiao International Circus Festival, held from 31st Oct. to 6th Nov. 1993, was jointly sponsored by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Cultural Ministry of China, Art Bureau of the Cultural Ministry of China, the People's Government of Hebei Province, China Acrobatics Artists Association, China Central Television, China External Performance Company, and Guangdong Jianlibao Group Co., Ltd. 366 artists (210 foreign artists and 156 domestic artists) of 41 acts from 18 countries and regions of the world 5 continents like Asia, Europe, America, Africa and Australia participated in the festival. The judging committee reasoned out 4 gold lion medals, 7 silver lion medals and 9 bronze lion medals.
　 　 The 3rd China Wuqiao International Circus Festival, held from 15th Oct. to 21st Oct. 1991, was jointly sponsored by Hebei International Cultural Exchange, China Acrobatics Artists Association, China External Performance Company, China Central Television, the Cultural Department of Hebei Province, the Travel Bureau of Hebei Province, Hebei Acrobatics Artists Association, the People's Government of Shijiazhuang City and the People's Government of Wuqiao County. 28 acts from Belgium, Canada, Cuba, PR Korea, France, Mongolia, Sweden, USA, ex-Soviet Union and Chinese Hong Kong participated in the oriental flourishing circus festival. The judging committee reasoned out 3 gold lion medals, 6 silver lion medals and 9 bronze lion medals.
　 　 The 2nd China Wuqiao International Circus Festival, held from 1st Nov. to 7th Nov. 1989, was jointly sponsored by Hebei International Cultural Exchange, China Acrobatics Artists Association, China External Performance Company, China Central Television, the Cultural Department of Hebei Province, the Travel Bureau of Hebei Province, Hebei Acrobatics Artists Association, the People's Government of Shijiazhuang City and the People's Government of Wuqiao County. 31 acts from 8 countries like Bulgaria, Sweden, Thailand, Mongolia, Ex-Soviet Union, Denmark, Poland and China participated in the competition. The judging committee reasoned out 2 gold lion medals, 3 silver lion medals and 6 bronze lion medals.
　　 The 1st China Wuqiao International Circus Festival, held from 25th Oct. to 1st Nov. 1987, was jointly sponsored by Hebei International Cultural Exchange, China Acrobatics Artists Association, China External Performance Company, China Central Television, the Cultural Department of Hebei Province, the Travel Bureau of Hebei Province, Hebei Acrobatics Artists Association, the People's Government of Shijiazhuang City and the People's Government of Wuqiao County. 30 acts from 7 countries like Ex-Soviet Union, PR Korea, France, Mexico, Australia, Ex-Democratic Germany and China participated in the competition. The judging committee reasoned out 8 gold lion medals, 5 silver lion medals and 17 bronze lion medals.
